Eligibility requirements for prize draw for CHF 1,000 of Globus shopping credit

By participating in the prize draw, you accept the following terms and conditions:

 

  1. The following people may participate in the prize draw (“participants”):
    This promotion is only valid for new customers who were not already (principal card) holders of an American Express charge card (such as Platinum or Gold) in the last 18 months and who apply for the new metal Platinum Card with the promo code “AXGLOBUS” by September 30, 2024. This promo code cannot be combined with other promotions, promo codes or campaigns sponsored by Swisscard AECS GmbH. Only one promo code can be used per credit card application and per credit card account for which an application is submitted.
  2. Employees of Swisscard, Visa and any third parties commissioned by Swisscard in connection with the prize draw are excluded from the prize draw.
    Every participant has a chance of winning. Swisscard will select the winner at random from the entire pool of participants. The winner will be drawn and announced by October 31, 2024. Swisscard will notify the winner in writing or by telephone.
  3. There is no obligation to buy. You can also participate free of charge, with an equal chance of winning, by postcard until September 30, 2024. Please mark this with the note “Participation in prize draw for CHF 1,000 shopping credit at Globus, AXGLOBUS” and send it to Swisscard AECS GmbH, P.O. Box 227, 8810 Horgen.
  4. The winner consents to Swisscard and Globus communicating his/her full name to each other. He/she consents to Swisscard and/or Visa creating image and video recordings of them and publishing these free of charge together with his/her personal details in connection with the reporting of the competition on all channels (e.g. apps, Internet, social media, newsletters, etc.). In this respect, he/she grants Swisscard and Visa a right to use and publish the recordings which is unlimited in terms of content, space and time. In all other respects, the legal information and data protection provisions apply. These can be accessed at https://www.swisscard.ch/en/legal-conditions-and-information. Swiss law applies.
  5. The winner shall bear any taxes, fees or levies incurred for the prize. If the winner does not accept the prize, it will expire without replacement.
  6. No correspondence will be carried out concerning the prize draw and no legal recourse is permitted. A cash payment or transfer of the prize is not possible. If a participant fails to meet these eligibility requirements or violates the law in any other way, he/she will be excluded from the competition.
