"ROSI" is known for its unusual reinterpretations of Bavarian cuisine. Markus Stöckle, Elif Oskan and Patrick Isler run the restaurant with great attention to detail and the history of the food.
In a familiar atmosphere, they conjured up a five-course menu for the selected guests that evening. The Signature Dish – cordon bleu stuffed with bacon and sherry fondue – was naturally a must. Chef Markus Stöckle personally led the evening and gave his guests an exclusive glimpse behind the scenes.

The guests ended the evening in style where it had begun: at "The Dolder Grand" city resort.
