How to snow

What could be better than hitting the slopes in splendid solitude for some freestyle skiing on the freshly -prepared piste? You’ll have the best chance to use a slope on your own for a while if you can go straight from your mountain hotel to the slope. Here is a selection of hotels that offer direct access to the slopes. This is a place in which cross-country skiers should also feel perfectly at home: 5,000 kilometers of trails extend all over the Swiss world of snow – whether centrally located or in peaceful seclusion, just as you like. How to travel

The best way to travel to the ski resorts is by public transportation. It is also environmentally friendly – and with the "Snow’n’Rail ski pass" you get a discount of up to 30% on your arrival and return journey. Discounts on ski tickets, rental equipment at "INTERSPORT Rent" and overnight stays at the Swiss youth hostels are also available.
