Information on Cabernet Blanc
The taste of Cabernet Blanc can be placed somewhere between a Sauvignon Blanc and a Riesling. Rather fruity and with a little acidity. You can smell blackcurrants, a little gooseberry, a little kiwi and a hint of citrus fruit.
Wümmet 2023 was very successful - in terms of quantity and quality! Around 9 tons of grapes were harvested and an Oechsle degree of 94 was measured! The 2023 vintage should therefore be EVEN better than the 2022 vintage.
