Conditions of participation

The organizer of this competition is Swisscard AECS GmbH, Neugasse 18, 8810 Horgen (hereinafter "Swisscard"). All adult holders of an American Express® Card issued by Swisscard and active at the time of the competition who are resident in Switzerland are eligible to participate. By taking part in the competition, participants accept these conditions of participation.

Participation in the competition requires registration in this SELECTS newsletter. The closing date for registration is 20.12.2023, 23.59 hrs. Every participant who registers by the deadline automatically takes part in the competition.

On January 20, 2024, Swisscard will raffle off five vouchers worth CHF 2000 each, redeemable at members of "Swiss Deluxe Hotels", among all participants.

The winner will be notified in writing or electronically (e-mail); his/her personal details will not be published. Employees of Swisscard and the listed "American Express Selects" partners are excluded from participation. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition. Legal recourse is excluded and cash payment of the prize is not possible. Any taxes, fees or duties incurred as a result of the prize are to be borne by the winner. In all other respects, the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy apply.

Swisscard reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition without giving reasons.
