What do the guests order, what does the chef love?

When chef Colas Cirou takes a break, he grills a hot honey chicken burger for himself. The Reuben pulled mushroom pastrami sandwich with pulled mushrooms, house dressing, cheese, sauerkraut and sourdough bread is the favorite among guests. No one has crossed the big pond for it yet, but the canton border for sure!
